Who we are

StaffBond ISSPo (Innovative Software Solutions for People) is a Private Limited company incorporated in India in 2019. Our objective is to develop customer-centric & user-friendly products, which solve customers’ problems in an innovative way. There is an equal emphasis on what is offered (i.e. features, functionality and capabilities) and how it’s offered (i.e. User Experience, Look & Feel).

We keep things as simple and as flexible as possible. And, we keep the solution intuitive and self-explanatory; it shouldn’t require highly skilled people to maintain and extend the solution. We believe that a solution must be dynamic enough to stay relevant, useful and competitive in the market. We also acknowledge the diversity among the clients and their users. Hence, we support Client Preferences and User Preferences in our solution. UX, Self-Serviceability and DIY (Do It Yourself) are the USP of our solutions.

As our first product, we created an HRMS (Human Resource Management System) aka HCM (Human Capital Management) product.

We have built our product from scratch (not via acquisitions), hence clients get uniform Look & Feel throughout the product. Not only that; it even makes the features and capabilities easily extensible.

Most importantly, we are providing the capability to extend these features and/or add new features with minimal R&D efforts; there by reducing the time to market. Thus, if a feature is missing in our product (or if a feature has some gaps in our product), it will not be a challenge to add/enhance that feature.
